Our Inspection Control & Testing Procedure includes the following stages

• Main Procedure & Test Certificate
• Raw Material like Pipes, Sheets, Forgings are procured from stockiest of main producer and relative test certificate of original producer accompany the supply.
• Cross check of Raw Material Testing in Government Approved Laboratory
• Chips are drawn from raw material at 10% random method for testing of Physical & Chemical properties.
• Reconciling Original T.C with laboratory T.C.
• Batch No. & Lot No. is given for identification during process of manufacturing.

• At the final stage also, at 10% random method, we again make actual testing for physical and chemical properties.
• Qualified engineer along with Heat No. and Lot No. again dimensionally and visually checks all the units.
• After final inspection, we issue Manufacturing Test Certificate and Guarantee Certificate.
